We offer a delivery service WORLDWIDE & throughout the UK and our standard delivery is only £1.95 as we want you to enjoy shopping with us and using Dr Nirdosh Anti-ageing Skin Treatments. We value customer loyalty, so we make shopping online at DrNirdosh.com easy and comforting. We deliver your order to you through standard delivery or next day delivery. Your order will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days upon confirmation of your online order unless you specify our next day service. All orders over £50 and over qualify for free delivery.

Returns
At DrNirdosh.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will issue an exchange or full refund on receipt of the item. If you need to return the item, please notify us of your intention to return an item via email at customerservice@drnirdosh.com with your order number and reason for return. Send the item back to us in its original condition and unused and a refund will be issued to you via the original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Please also enclose the dispatch note with your order number and fill out the returns form. You will receive email notification from us to confirm that we have received the item. We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you send it back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for your own protection (recorded delivery service).
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibilityand we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost in transit
